Re: Civil Service Fees and Procedures Effective January 1, 2026, all civil service fees for the Dunklin County Sheriff’s Office will increase. Under section 57.280, RSMo, counties are required to submit fees for service of any summons, writ, subpoena, or other order of the court for deposit into the Deputy Sheriff Salary Supplementation Fund (section 57.278) and the Sheriffs’ Retirement Fund (section 57.952).
