Highly trained security officers continuously patrol all of Lipscomb’s campuses and events. The department’s administrative offices are also located in the basement of Beaman. Our security force is trained on an annual basis in such areas as terrorism, patrol techniques, defensive tactics, interviewing, firearms and state law. A majority of security staff hold college degrees, while many have significant prior police and/or military experience in addition to personal skills and talents they bring to the job.
