Montgomery County District Attorney's Office

The Montgomery County District Attorney's Office is the prosecuting authority for Alabama's Fifteenth Judicial Circuit, which covers Montgomery County. The office prosecutes criminal cases on behalf of the state and serves crime victims through its Victim Services team. It also handles restitution, worthless check cases, child support enforcement, domestic violence and juvenile matters, and grand jury proceedings. The office describes its approach as being smart on crime: addressing underlying causes of offending such as lack of education, job skills, community support and substance abuse, with the goal of lowering crime and repeat offending.
