POLICE HEADQUARTERS The Sands Point Police Headquarters is located at 26 Tibbits Lane. PARKING Parking is not permitted on any street in the Village. Temporary parking permits are issued by the Police Department for special occasions or driveway repairs. Parking is limited to one side of the street and homeowners having parties must follow noise restrictions in the Village Code. POWER OUTAGES Residents are reminded not to call the Police if they experience an electrical outage. This only serves to tie Police communication and may delay a Police response to a real emergency.
