Village Administrator Phil has been serving as the Village Administrator for Shelby since the summer of 2024. With a diverse background that includes roles as a county commissioner representing Shelby and Ferry Townships, a B2B salesman at Rivers Ace Hardware, and a principal at New Era Christian School, Phil brings a wealth of experience to his current position.
